We process your data exclusively for organizing and carrying out the event for which you registered. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and lit. a (consent).
Which data we process
- Contact data: name, salutation, email, phone
- Professional data: company, position, country
- Event-specific information according to the registration form
- Internal process notes for event organization
Storage period
Your data is stored for the duration of event organization and up to 24 months afterwards. It is then deleted unless legal retention periods require longer storage.
Recipients
Processors: Brevo SAS (email delivery), TEMA hosting provider (platform hosting). Data processing agreements are in place.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please send requests to datenschutz@tema.de.
